  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you and provide customer support, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and shipping partners to ship and deliver the furniture.

To process an order online, customers are required to register and give personal information as well as financial information. Personal information, such as name, shipping/billing address, phone number, and e-mail address are used to process an order, contact the customer regarding their order, set up and confirm pick up or delivery date and time, or contact the customer to provide customer service. Financial information, such as credit card number, is used to bill the user for their order and process the transaction. If a user does not provide their information, they cannot place an order. Any visitor to our site is also welcome to place their order by phone, if they do not want their information collected online.

Also, we may use companies or persons who provide services for us, such as credit card processing, website content management, or shipping and delivery services. These providers are only authorized to use your information to provide their services. They are not authorized to use or disclose it for any other purpose.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. We encourage parents to supervise the online activities of their children, and protect their safety and privacy.  If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.

Safeguarding Your Information

We do not provide our customer list to any third parties. Personal information you provide is put into our customer database. A couple of times a year, we may send out coupons in the postal mail to previous customers. If a customer would prefer not to receive them, they can contact our store and ask to be removed from the mailing list, and we will honor their request. We do offer the opportunity for online users to sign up for our e-mail newsletter, which may contain coupons or information about our products that may be of interest to them. Users may, at any time, contact us to opt-out of receiving our newsletter.

We use Shopify's secure server that encrypts all of your personal and financial information with secure socket layer (SSL) software, to keep your information safe when placing an order. Of course no matter how great the security, no data transmissions over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, so although we maintain strong security features to protect your information electronically, you transmit information at your own risk.

Updating Your Information

Customers may modify or update their personal information in a variety of ways. Online users may go to our website, log onto their account, and make their changes.
